The Ethnic Communities’ Council of Victoria Inc. (ECCV) represents the voices of multicultural Victoria. We are a community based, member driven peak body for ethnic and multicultural organisations committed to strengthening and building our community through advocacy and leadership and by empowering people from culturally diverse backgrounds.

About the role
An exciting opportunity exists for a suitably qualified Member Engagement and Support officer to work within the Membership and Communications Team to engage and empower ECCV’s number one stakeholders – our members. The position serves as a consistent touch point for members providing them with information relevant to their areas of interest and critical updates regarding ECCV’s priorities and activities. The position of Member Engagement & Support gathers sophisticated data on the effectiveness of ECCV’s activities in line with our Strategic Plans and priorities, while ensuring the integrity of our database. The role supports research to develop and refine ECCV’s member benefits as well as helping to create a sector map, that identifies potential members, relevant partners and sponsorship opportunities for the ECCV.
The position is 0.4FTE and remunerated at Level 3 of the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry (SCHCDSI) Award 2010.
