About the role

Significant growth in Regular Giving is a core part of Guide Dogs NSW/ACT and Guide Dogs Victoria Fundraising strategies.   • Manage income and expenditure budgets and forecasts for regular giving programs;
  • Develop and implement an annual regular giving donor communications plan;
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of the supporter journey for all new and existing regular givers;

  • Oversee detailed post campaign analysis for campaigns;
  • Manage supplier and agency relationships, contracts and budgets;
  • Collaboratively work with other internal staff in the process to ensure effective data and meaningful interactions with supporters; and
  • Develop and maintain procedures to ensure efficiency, best practice and continuous improvement.

To be considered for this opportunity you must demonstrate having met the following requirements (the selection criteria):

  • Demonstrated experience and proven success in a fundraising or similar data-led sales environment.
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong project management skills, stakeholder management and attention to detail
  • Highly numerate with strong data, analytical and reporting skills.
  • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management databases and Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated ability to work productively autonomously and as a member of a team – responsive, flexible, approachable, positive attitude and desire to exceed expectations
  • Understanding of data-led practices, fundraising legislation and awareness of industry trends
  • Able to manage the physical demands and inherent requirements of the job and complete the tasks and duties as stated
  • The completion of a relevant graduate degree will be highly regarded; and
  • Possession of a current drivers licence with a good driving history will be highly regarded.
