  • Develop and monitor participant plans to ensure meaningful change is achieved.
  • Build and maintain current working knowledge of local community supports and services.
  • Maintain appropriate administrative records utilising the NDIS data system in a timely manner.
  • Undertake the day-to-day operations of the role in a way that promotes independence, empowerment, and involvement of persons with disability.

What’s in it for you?

  • The opportunity to enact real and rewarding change in our participant’s lives
  • A flexible and supportive work environment where your contribution is highly valued and where our organisational values of integrity, respect, diversity, empowerment, and adaptability are heavily integrated into our culture.

  • Qualifications in the fields of Human Services, Social Sciences, Disability, or comparable lived experience with disability or delivering human services?
  • Demonstrated experience applying a person-centred approach to service provision and social inclusion?
  • The ability to work in an autonomous environment and manage a case load?
  • High level of communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to build rapport and adapt skills according to the audience or target group involved?
