Having led the Y to achieve outstanding results over the past 15 years, their Chief Executive Officer is retiring. Leaving a legacy of maximizing social impact underpinned by commercial endeavours, the organisation is ready for a new leader to bring a fresh perspective and vision to continuing this great work, whilst exploring new and exciting possibilities.

We are seeking candidates with a track record of growth, evolution, entrepreneurism, and a deep commitment to purpose, mission, community, and the enrichment of the lives of staff, volunteers, and those they serve.
To be successful, you will be a visionary and strategic leader who engages actively and with inspiration – internally and externally. A proven, trusted and high performing leader, you will have strong financial/commercial, risk, and governance skills and a track record leading diverse operations involving large numbers of staff, high value assets and complex service delivery. You will be able to lead considered, purpose-oriented change and have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Whilst community sector and NFP experience will be valued; it is not essential.
