About the organisation
Since 1879, St Aloysius’ College has served the city of Sydney by educating boys in the tradition inspired by the example of Saint Ignatius of Loyola. The College shares this mission with hundreds of other Jesuit schools throughout the world.
The College is defined by its committed, authentic community who work together in a spirit of common purpose. The College’s mission of forming ‘men for others’ lies at the heart of its mission. Since 1989, the College Foundation has been an essential part of this mission as it has enabled and supported the College through the generosity of the Aloysian Family.
About the role
As a key member of the Foundation Office, the Alumni Manager will work collaboratively with colleagues and the school community to develop and implement a diverse engagement program with the College’s Old Boys (alumni), parents (both current and past), volunteers and friends to further build positive community relationships, fostering a lifelong engagement with the College and community.
You will bring demonstrated experience working in alumni relations, community relations or a related field and enjoy working with communities, volunteers and other stakeholder groups. A deep belief in, and commitment to, philanthropy, education and the ideals and mission of the College is essential.
