The Responsible Investment Association Australasia (RIAA) is looking for an experienced, energetic, dynamic professional to manage RIAA’s client services, focusing on our growing Responsible Investment Certification Program.
This new position is a great opportunity to be an integral player in ensuring members experience the highest of standards in client services through their Product and Adviser Certification journey at RIAA.
You will be a key member of the Membership and Engagement Team with management responsibility for Certification Program business development and client services integration and delivery. You will work collaboratively across the organisation, including with RIAA’s Marketing and Communications and Certifications and Ratings teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
The ideal candidate has a passion for driving exceptional outcomes for customers, broad experience across a range of client and member service environments, with a track record for seeking out and realising business development opportunities. You thrive in a complex and fast-moving organisational setting. You are very organised, can manage multiple functions, tasks and projects simultaneously, are outcomes-focused and have a remarkable ability to get things done. You are always looking for ways to improve the customer services experience.
