Reporting to the Board of Directors, we are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to serve as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of the organisation, driving growth, and ensuring that the mission and values are upheld at every level. The CEO will lead the team in implementing innovative, sustainable and cost-effective strategies, forging strategic partnerships, and delivering impactful solutions to environmental challenges to capitalise on opportunities and enable the mitigation of risks.

Ideally, your leadership experience will have been gained in environments where you have achieved a reputation for the cultivation and maintenance of strategic partnerships including government agencies, NGOs, and corporations.  You will have a track record in fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and excellence coupled with a contemporary knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments.

We anticipate that you will bring extensive executive leadership experience and a strong understanding of environmental issues, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility.  Your approach will be entrepreneurial in nature with a passion for driving positive change and underpinned by tertiary qualifications in environmental science or similar.
