Destiny Rescue is an Internationally recognised, Christian based, non-profit organisation dedicated to rescuing children from sexual exploitation and human trafficking and helping them stay free. We are currently operating various programs across Asia, Africa and Latin America.
About the role
Qualifications & experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven administrative experience
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
- Aptitude for learning new software and systems
- A current Drivers Licence
Tasks & responsibilities
- Conduct and present research to facilitate Partnership Managers (PM) activities.
- Manage organisation information systems and calendars relating to PM activities and donor milestones.
- Plan, organise, and schedule company meetings in the office, off-site, and via videoconference
- Coordinate domestic and any international travel arrangements for PMs
- Provide database and system support for PM activities
- Collaborate and support team activities
