Big Beach Ride – Event Volunteer Opportunities

<p><b>The Big Beach Ride 2019</b></p><p>The Big Beach Ride 2019 is organised by Bicycle Queensland, a non-profit organisation who pedal the message of getting more people cycling more often. To do this, we run a number of inspirational mass participation events which gets over 20,000 people out riding bikes each year. We also meet regularly with politicians and planners to persuade them to improve cycling facilities in Queensland.</p><p>Queensland’s newest bike ride – The Big Beach Ride will see over 500 people pedalling either 10km, 45km or 80kms through the magical scenery of the Sunshine Coast on <b><i>Sunday 20th October </i></b> and raising vital funds for Sunny Kids. </p><p>This event takes an enormous effort to organise and simply would not be possible without the generous help of a large team of volunteers. Volunteering for Bicycle Queensland events is all about learning new skills, meeting new people and having fun.</p><p>There are a wide variety of volunteer roles available at the start and finish sites as well as along the bike route.
