About the role
Are you passionate about women’s health and wellbeing? We want to host regular fitness workshops including yoga sessions, breathing classes and to simply encourage women to keep moving their bodies to improve overall health and wellbeing.
Roles & Responsibilities
Facilitate our monthly fitness workshops
Design and create workshops and programs with the objective to empower women through fitness such as short and simple workouts to encourage simple body movements
Liaise with Copywriter and Graphic Designer to relay information about the program/workshop for marketing content
Liaise with Wellbeing Facilitator for joint fitness and mental health workshops
Skills & Experience
Qualification or experience in Health and Fitness Education or closely related field
Experienced yoga instructor or personal trainer (desirable)
Effective communication skills
Ability to create and design consistent fun, interactive and educational workshops
Intermediate skills using Google Docs, Sheets and Google Drive
Experience in using project management tools are desired, otherwise training is provided
IMPORTANT BEFORE APPLYING:
This is a voluntary position
Each position has a minimum commitment level of 2-3 hours a week
We will use a project management tool to track KPI and keep all members up to date
On-site committee are required proof of double vaccinations
Most of our programs will be held in Cranbourne West
Attendance to monthly meetings are required (either on-site or online)

The Sisterhood Empowerment Campaign Inc. is a women-led non-profit organisation based in Melbourne’s South East. We aim to unite, inspire and empower young women by providing services such as workshops and events that focuses on mental health and well-being. We've got so many ideas, programs and events to organise but not enough pair of hands. We're making a few changes and looking to expand our team. We're searching for talented and dedicated women who want to help us make a change and assist women in unleashing their full potential.
