Fledgling Arts Collective Central are looking for someone who is as passionate as we we are about the amazing benefits the arts can have on mental health.

We are looking for a Volunteer Social Media Promoter to help grow our membership base and online community.

Who are Fledgling?

We provide a platform online for those who struggle with mental health, addiction, gender dysphoria, sexuality or who feel like they don’t quite ‘fit’, or feel estranged to this world : to express themselves through art as catharsis.

Combining Art & Catharsis and being CathARTic!

We provide an exciting ground-breaking arts collective and we encourage people to express themselves through art. We believe the arts are a great elixir and creativity is our currency. Our ethos is based on ‘pay it forward’ exchanging the arts for positive and encouraging feedback from our team of art-crazy volunteers and encouraging our members also to create a ripple effect.

What are they looking for?
The role of Volunteer Social Media Promoter

The Ideal Applicant;

We are looking for a volunteer with the relevant skills to support us and do this role.

You should have a passion for the arts and compassion for mental health.

We are looking for Social Media Executive to manage our social media accounts by implementing strategies and tactics that grow our followers, engage and retain them, and help convert them into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters of our company.

Responsibilities:

– Manages and oversees social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter ,Instagram and similar social media sites.

– Creates, curates and manages all published content on all social media accounts including images, videos and written word.

-Manages efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review

– Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media to provide a review to Fledgling’s Founder each month.

– Respond to all online communication within 24 hours on various sites

– Manage all image inventory on a regular basis to keep website, social media and tools up to date

– Develop organisational elements in order to implement a proactive process for capturing happy, loyal members in our community.
