This organization partners with community based schools in informal settlements and the slums of Nairobi, strengthening leadership, improving instructional quality and providing infrastructure support to help the schools create an environment where all children can fulfil their potential.

You will start by reviewing their progress since their last volunteer’s placement, providing further guidance and training as needed. Our partner has requested a year-end placement to help prepare them for their 2019 audit (due end February 2020) and to review and update their Financial Procedures Manual.

You will help improve their systems, workflow and efficiency. They have also requested support in preparing a 3 year organisational budget.
