About the role
The Fundraising Manager will lead the community fundraising and other fundraising programs and provide support to the Fundraising Director. The role will be the key point of contact and support for all fundraising activities and will work with a range of key stakeholders including donors, volunteers and corporate and community partners to achieve fundraising targets.
Successful applicant
The successful applicant must have extensive marketing experience within fundraising and customer engagement. Additionally, you will require the following:
• 3 – 5 years experience in a similar role
• Proven track record in fundraising
• Experience in data segmentation
• Knowledge of grants and bequests is not a necessity however is a plus
• Fundraising CRM experience
• Proven skills in campaign and project management
• Tertiary qualified in Marketing, Business or related field
• Ability to think and implement strategically
• High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
