Deakin University is now seeking a Senior Philanthropic Relations Manager – Campaign. As a valued member of the Advancement leadership team, you will be responsible for championing Deakin’s inaugural Campaign, contributing to the development of a University-wide fundraising strategy in support of Deakin’s fundraising priorities. Reporting to the Director, Donor Relations and managing a small team, you will identify, develop and implement strategies to foster engagement with, and attract philanthropic and corporate support for, the University’s faculties, research centres and institutes.

Your proven experience in the advancement and fundraising arena, with a track record of requesting and gaining significant financial commitment, will be matched with your ability to plan and execute strategy for a large and complex organisation. Outstanding interpersonal and public relations skills, which demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and appropriately represent the portfolio and the University, will be key to your success.
