This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated call centre professional to lead a team of Relationship Managers to achieve growth in philanthropical donations.

About the role

Reporting to the General Manager, Transformational Gifts, you will be responsible for leading a team of call centre Relationship Managers as they grow the value of a portfolio of philanthropic donors.

Your responsibilities will focus on training, managing and mentoring your team to ensure they

  • Identify prospects for development
  • Have effective conversations with donors
  • Achieve and exceed targets, budgets and KPI’s

You will also

  • Contribute to the development of a national strategic plan
  • Prepare risk mitigation strategies to minimize loss of donor relationships and funds
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of development activities, identify key learnings and make recommendations to be incorporated into future planning

About You

You are experienced in call centre sales, fundraising or account management and are ready to step into a national leadership role.

You possess

  • the ability to build relationships and negotiate with a diverse range of internal /external stakeholders
  • experience liaising with senior management and key decision-makers
  • the ability to create and implement long-term growth strategies
  • a drive to achieve results, and typically over-achieve on budgets, KPI’s and targets
  • knowledge of territory management and sales methodologies
