Yooralla is committed to embarking on a new fundraising approach that is donor-centric, reflects best practice and is strategic and long-term in its approach. The organisation seeks a new Director of Philanthropy who will drive and deliver this new approach to philanthropic fundraising, being responsible for the strategic and tactical delivery of more sustainable and robust fundraising programs. Pivotal to success will be the implementation of a fundraising strategy and Case for Support, working closely with organisational leadership to begin to engender a much stronger culture of philanthropy across the organisation.
Your robust leadership and management experience will be matched by a demonstrable track record in philanthropic fundraising at a senior level, particularly in major gifts and bequests. Your highly developed communication and stakeholder management skills will ensure you are able to build credible relationships with a variety of constituents, maintaining tact, diplomacy and a sensitivity to the complexities encountered across the organisation and in the sector more broadly.
