Individual Giving Manager

Parkinson’s Victoria raises awareness and funds for services and research to improve the quality of life for 27,000 people living with Parkinson’s in Victoria. Their mission is to empower people living with Parkinson’s to live full and active lives and support research into effective treatments and a cure for Parkinson’s. Every day through their multi-disciplinary health team, they provide information, education, and peer support services for the Parkinson’s community.

Parkinson’s Victoria is in an exciting phase of developing and implementing a new multi- channel fundraising program. Reporting to the Fundraising Manger, the Individual Giving Manager will be responsible for the strategic development, design and delivery of single and regular gift fundraising portfolios including Direct Marketing Campaigns, Regular Giving, Community Fundraising Programs and Major Fundraising events.

You will be an experienced, accomplished fundraiser who enjoys working on an operational level but also leading strategy development. The Individual Giving Manager will play a key role in shaping the future growth of fundraising programs for Parkinson’s Victoria, and lead the management of supporter acquisition and retention. You will design and deliver supporter journeys that maximize loyalty and financial support and engage donors in the important work of Parkinson’s Victoria. In addition, this role will also lead the strategic growth of income and engagement from major fundraising events and memorial, celebration and third-party community fundraising.

Creative and innovative thinking, along with project management, communication and relationship building skills are essential. Demonstrated experience in developing initiatives to drive donor loyalty, satisfaction, retention and increased financial giving through innovative digital and direct marketing campaigns is required. Qualifications in marketing, communications or fundraising are desirable.
