About the role

 We are currently recruiting an experienced Fundraising Coordinator to join our Donor Development team. In this permanent full-time position, you will report to the Donor Development Manager and a play a vital role in delivering key direct response fundraising activities and initiatives.

You will be responsible for coordinating the end to end delivery of multi-channelled fundraising campaigns to acquire and retain donors, working across regular giving, fundraising appeals and donor acquisition.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the end to end delivery of multi-channelled direct marketing campaigns to acquire and retain donors, working across fundraising appeals and regular giving programs, membership, donor acquisition, and regular giving programs.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of donor care and retention strategies.
  • Ensure the integrity and security of the supporter data and comply with the privacy requirements for the safe storage and use of supporter details
  • Prepare clear and concise written briefs and campaign communications for internal and external stakeholders
  • Obtain and assess competitive quotes and track campaign budgets to effectively deliver outcomes
  • Coordinate the development of program content, the development of artwork and copy for various deliverables
  • Manage supplier relationships for the delivery of appeal and regular giving materials
  • Assist in data reviews and checks of all lists extracted for direct marketing and regular giving campaigns

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role that requires strong organisation and time management skills, and the ability to multi-task and coordinate various deliverables
  • High level literacy, numeracy and problem-solving skills, including intermediate computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging work environment
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in a team environment
  • Sound knowledge of and understanding of fundraising legislation, practices and philosophies will be highly regarded, but not essential.

Recruitment Requirements:

  • Willingness to undergo a national police check
  • A valid driver’s license
