About the role

  • Part-time (0.6FTE), ongoing position

This is an opportunity to play a critical role in the future of Korowa, working closely with the Foundation Board to advance Korowa’s mission through effective fundraising.  The Philanthropy manager will be responsible for the development and execution of fundraising strategies to grow Korowa’s charitable foundation to ensure that Korowa is the leading girls’ school in philanthropic giving. 

As a staff member at Korowa, as well as generous employee benefits, you will also have access to utilise the facilities within the Sports and Wellbeing Centre, including workout zone and swimming pool facilities.

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

  • A commitment to the School’s Values: Courage, Curiosity and Integrity
  • Experience in planning and coordinating fundraising appeals and campaigns
  • A deep understanding of major gifts, donor care and bequests
  • A willingness to care for and connect with the Korowa community
  • Excellent communication
  • Proficiency in the use of digital technologies
  • A willingness to work collaboratively

Applicants must hold a current WWCC clearance and have the right to live and work in Australia
