About the role
The Life’s Little Treasures Foundation is one of Australia’s leading charities dedicated to providing support, friendship and information, specifically tailored for families of children born premature or sick.
Life’s Little Treasures is not government funded and relies on the generosity of our supporters and donors to help us achieve our vision: To ensure that all families enduring the difficult and life changing experience of having a premature or sick baby have easy access to critical information and community support to help make a difference to them and their child.
We will be running a fundraising event in November 2022 and are seeking a volunteer to support us in sourcing suitable donations to use as auction items on the night.
Your role will include:
– Researching and contacting appropriate organisations to contact for donations.
– Keeping accurate records of donated goods and creating database of potential donors.
– Preparing and sending thank you certificates and cards to organisations.
– Communicating information back to the LLTF team.
– General administrative duties.
The role can be done virtually from home.
