Secular Spiritual Carer

The Secular Spiritual Care Network, a new project being auspiced by the Humanist Society of Victoria, is looking for volunteers to support people dealing with illness, trauma, transition or loss. We are currently working in three hospitals in Melbourne and looking to expand into other settings such as age care facilities, hospices, schools, and prisons. We are looking for compassionate people interested in providing religiously-neutral and person-centred care primarily to people who do not identify as religious. And our next induction programme will take place on March 6th and 13th at Caulfield Hospital.
