How to help us

Wills and Bequests

Taralye receives funding from three major sources:

  • Government funding for services provided to children

  • Commercial income from fee for service activities, income generated from renting space, profitable activities and interest earned on investments

  • Philanthropy and sponsorship from individuals, trusts and  foundations, private/ public Ancillary funds, businesses of all sizes

Philanthropy and sponsorship represents a third of our annual income and is vital to providing a full, high quality services to the children in our care.

The government funding we receive for our client services does not account for the full cost of delivering services such as travel time, professional development, building and facility maintenance, training just to name a few.

A recent Deloitte Economics report commissioned by First Voice demonstrated the valuable impact of our work resulting in a $2.20 economic return from Early Intervention services.

That is why we need your help. Gifts of any size are valued and appreciated.  Gifts over $2 are tax deductible and can be made anonymously. You may give online from this website, by mail, in person, via bank transfer or any other way you like. You can give money, assets or make a bequest.

However you choose to give you can rest assured that your funds will work hard to support the children in our care, just as they have for nearly 50 years.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our  Director Fundraising & Community Relations – James Worladge on (03) 9875 6616 or via email for further information.
