Simon Lewis
Head of Philanthropy, The Myer Family Company Ltd
Simon has a deep commitment to the non-profit and community sector on both a professional and a personal level. He has experience running his own foundation, as well as consulting to the non-profit sector across a variety of areas and issues. Simon is a Rhodes Scholar with extensive experience in strategy consulting and financial services in Australia, Europe and Africa.

Meghan Weekes
Manager – Philanthropy and Non-Profit Services, Perpetual
Meghan is passionate about philanthropy and the potential it has to influence social change. Her role as Manager – Philanthropy and Non-Profit Services enables her to work with philanthropists to achieve their charitable goals. She developed a strong understanding of governance and the legal requirements necessary to ensure best practice within the philanthropic sector. Before joining Perpetual Meghan worked in the not-for-profit sector in fundraising and community engagement roles.

Ruth Johnstone
Executive Director, The Caledonia Foundation
Ruth has over 15 years public and private sector experience, including project and program management in government and non profit, business and network development, marketing and events strategy and implementation. The Caledonia Foundation is a private philanthropic foundation which seeks to make a significant, sustainable difference to the lives and wellbeing of children, youth and socially excluded people in Australia. They develop key creative initiatives in collaboration with community and philanthropic partners to catalyse and leverage positive social change.
