This week’s episode of Leading Generous Teams features Creative Art Therapy Australia (CATA) CEO Caroline Liuzzi
During the difficulties of COVID-19, it is vital that social sector leaders take the time to check in on the mental wellbeing of their teams and embrace the notion of slowing down to go faster.
This is a key theme from the second episode of Leading Generous Teams, the podcast collaboration between Pro Bono News and Clare Desira (Top Five Movement).
On the podcast this week, Desira speaks to Creative Art Therapy Australia (CATA) CEO Caroline Liuzzi.
They discuss the “mad scramble reset phase” that CATA endured as the pandemic hit and the effect this had on staff morale.
Liuzzi talks about how she has supported her team during this time, and explains why she sent a care pack to all her staff that features an eclectic mix of items including a disposable camera, seeds to plant, and loose leaf tea bags.
