6 July 2009 at 5:04 pm

NSW-based recruitment agency Beaumont Consulting has launched a Not for Profit Division designed especially to cover costs and not generate revenue.

Beaumont Consulting, a Recruitment Agency with offices in Sydney and Chatswood has been an avid supporter of Not for Profit causes since its beginnings more than eight years ago. Collectively and as individuals, the Consultants support various causes and charities close to their heart, including;

Cancer Council NSW – Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea
Magic Moment’s Basket Brigade – Annual campaign to provide food and gifts for disadvantaged children, the forgotten elderly and homeless
National Breast Cancer Foundation – Mother’s Day Classic Fun Run
Child Welfare Scheme – October 2008, Chatswood Branch Manager, Tara Robinson trekked to Everest Base Camp raising funds to aid projects for disadvantaged children in Nepal
St Vincent De Paul – Most recently Managing Director, Nikki Beaumont participated in CEO Sleepout raising funds and awareness for Sydney’s homeless

The development of their non revenue generating Beaumont Not for Profit Division demonstrates their commitment to the Not for Profit sector in a more formal way.

Operating as a completely new division the focus is to support the sector by offering traditional temporary and permanent recruitment services at a fraction of the cost, with the same high quality service levels commercial clients are accustomed to.

Beaumont Not for Profit has two experienced and dedicated Recruitment Consultants spearheading this initiative – Janine Runaghan based in the City office and Helen McNairney covering the North Shore. Janine supports various community and refugee programs and Helen is actively involved in local community service and offers her skills as a Sign Language interpreter. Both are passionate about giving back to the community.

With Permanent Placement fees between 5% and 9%, Nikki Beaumont and the Management Team are confident they will make a difference to organisations that would like to engage the services of a professional recruitment business. Their mission is to operate with complete professionalism, integrity and honesty and build a partnership with clients and candidates that is unparalleled.

In addition to the many years of experience and professional services they offer, Beaumont Not for Profit in partnership with renowned industry professionals offer complimentary training programs and seminars.
