Cause Related Marketing has been described as perhaps the greatest marketing innovation in 50 years. Now corporate heads and Not for Profits alike can spend the day with the world leader of CRM and author of “Brand Spirit”, Marjorie Thompson.
Thompson is the head of Octagon Marketing in London and her book is one of amazon.co.uk’s business books of the year.
Swinburne’s Australian Graduate School of Entrepreneurship is hosting the event on Friday October 5th 2001 at its Melbourne headquarters in Hawthorn.
Bronwyn Lewis, the Director of Executive Development says the program looks at what both the Not for Profits and the corporates want as well as ways of putting it all together.
Organisers have arranged a unique “buddy” system that will allow corporates to pay for a Not for Profit to attend. The fee for the full day is $1000 of which $500 covers a Not for Profit organisation. Those corporations without a “buddy” can chose from the Swinburne list.
Not for Profits without a Corporate Sponsor pay $250 and Corporates without a NFP partner pay $750.
