In her latest video, mindset coach and CSR professional Clare Desira shares a hack that can help you retrain your brain to look out for the wins and set you up for future focus.

The video is part of a monthly series on how the brain works and tools to tackle common mindset blockers.

 

About the author: Clare Desira is a 2018-2019 international coach of the year finalist. She is head mindset coach and founder of the Top Five Movement, a training organisation that supports leaders in generous and change-making careers to have a bigger impact through stronger leadership and mindset skills.
