Not for Profits can apply for partial scholarships to take part in an Adaptive Leadership Intensive Program run by the Benevolent Society’s Social Leadership Australia.

Social Leadership Australia’s 4-day residential Adaptive Leadership Intensive offers an opportunity to explore what it means to exercise effective leadership in challenging environments.

Its approach to leadership development integrates the renowned Adaptive Leadership model developed at Harvard with ‘hands-on’ community engagement to deliver a powerful and unique learning experience.

“This intensive residential program is designed for people from the business, community and government sectors who are interested in developing their leadership skills so they can be more effective change agents,” program coordinator Lauren Heyligers said.

A limited number of partial scholarships are available for the Not for Profit sector.

A Brochure & application form is available online or read more about SLA at www.benevolent.org.au/leadership.

For further information contact program coordinator Lauren Heyligers on 02 9339 8089 or email laurenh@bensoc.org.au.

Applications close July 10 and program runs August 7-10, 2012.
