FIA Fundraising Conference – last chance for early bird tickets
12 December 2013 at 8:37 am
Time is running out to purchase early bird tickets to the Fundraising Institute Australia’s (FIA) 37th international fundraising conference in Melbourne in 2014.
Until Wednesday 18 December delegates can save up to $400 by purchasing a discounted registration to the conference, being held at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre, South Wharf, Melbourne on 26-28 February 2014.
The FIA says that the conference promises to give fundraisers the skills, confidence and inspiration to drive their fundraising program – and their fundraising career – to new heights.
- Pick the brains of talented fundraisers on the latest trends, issues and challenges facing the sector;
- Network with some of the sector’s biggest and brightest;
- Leave with practical knowledge and skills to shape your fundraising program into the best it can be.
Keynote presenters Alan Clayton from Clayton Burnett in the UK and Tim Costello from World Vision Australia, lead an impressive list of speakers who will be tackling fundraising’s hard questions.
Alan Clayton is a world-leading fundraising consultant, strategist and motivational speaker who has worked with over 250 Not for Profit clients. He specialises in creative strategy and donor insights and motivation. Clayton will show delegates how to find a simple emotional proposition that will help transform their fundraising program.
Tim Costello is a well-known and highly respected Australian Not for Profit leader and an expert on the challenges facing the sector. Under Tim’s leadership, World Vision raised more than $100 million for the Boxing Day tsunami relief effort in 2004. Costello will be presenting the Syd Herron Oration on Day 1 of the conference.
The 2014 Conference program has been designed around 6 core areas giving delegates the opportunity to focus on one, or spread their time finding the answers to a range of questions.
