Australian Financial Review Sponsorship Awards

Gremlins seem to have spirited this story out of a previous edition. For those who asked for more information, here it is. (Fingers crossed!)

The Australian Financial Review Magazine 2000 National Sponsorship Awards will be announced at a dinner in Sydney on Wednesday night (19th July). These awards recognise excellence in partnerships and creativity in sponsorship business agreements.

Now in their fourth year, they highlight the healthy partnerships that serve both the needs of the sponsored groups, athletes, artists and other individuals, and also provide returns for the sponsor companies such as enhanced reputation, opportunities to spread their message etc.

Check out this year’s finalists, the winners (on Thursday) and how to be involved next year at www.afr.com.au/sponsorawards.

This is also the first year that the Presentation Night has been open to industry professionals as paying guests who want to find out more about corporate citizenship. It’s at Sydney’s Tattersalls Club from 6.30pm. Anyone wanting to make a late booking can contact Brad Morgan on 02 9282 1638.
