Giving Trends Survey Invitation - Advertorial
9 December 2003 at 12:12 pm

The challenge to meet and exceed your Not for Profit objectives grows each day. However, when armed with the knowledge and insight into the current giving trends of your potential donors, you can strategically plan your fundraising activities to maximise your results.

Growing community demands and operational costs are placing increased pressures on the Sector. Unless innovative change management solutions are adopted, we run the risk of restricting future growth.

The latest assessment of the Sector called Giving Trends is O’Keefe and Partners contribution to the world of philanthropy. This perspective paper discusses the issues most pertinent to the Not for Profit industry and examines changing philanthropic trends.

A recent US report has found that giving to charity has fallen by 25% as a percentage of the Gross Domestic product (GDP) over the last decade, while receipts on payroll giving have grown by 118% since 1999!

Back home, O’Keefe and Partners is calling on Not for Profits to help continue to provide the most accurate and up to date information on the philanthropic sector in Australia. Giving Trends relies on community groups, government organisations and the education and corporate sectors.

O’Keefe & Partners invites Pro Bono Australia readers to download the questionnaire from their website. Just click on www.okeefe.com.au/items.htm#giving . E-mail your answers to okeefeandpartners@okeefe.com.au by this Friday, 12th December.

Each participant will receive a report summary ‘hot off the press’.
