PARETO MASTERCLASSES are coming to Brisbane in July! Due to popular demand, Pareto will be rolling out its successful Masterclass series in Queensland later this year.

Pareto has chosen their most popular Masterclasses – starting with Regular Giving on 12th July.

This session received fantastic feedback from previous attendees, so it’s time to spread the Pareto word!

The Importance of Regular Giving – 12 July 2005

“5 Steps to Understanding the Value of Regular Donors” and “Communicating with your Regular Givers” is a double Masterclass happening in Brisbane on 12th July.

Part 1: 5 steps to realising the real value of regular donors.

Still mailing cold lists with one-off cash asks? You’re better off leaving your money in the bank.

Using data from Australia and the UK, Pareto will show why the small cash donor is history, and automatic debits are the way to go.

Pareto will share tactics for converting single donors to regular givers, and provide a conversion program (flow chart and plan) you can take away and use to do exactly that.

The session will also show you how to get regular givers through acquisition – donors that have a projected lifetime value greater than face-to-face donors but cost much less to acquire.

Part 2: Managing Your Regular Donors: Administering and communicating with regular givers

You’ve recruited new regular donors, and converted old donors to regular giving – now what?

Find out the nitty gritty of the practical side of administering regular payments, including inside information on major fundraising databases like Open Alms, Donman and Raiser’s Edge.

Once the housekeeping’s out of the way, Pareto tackles the fun side – the best ways to communicate with your regular givers to keep them on board, looking at donors recruited through all methods.

Date: Tuesday 12th July
Time: 1pm – 5pm
Venue: Judith Wright Arts Centre, Brisbane
Speaker: Sean Triner, Pareto Fundraising
Cost:
$120 (Charities with one fundraiser or fundraising turnover of less than $500k)
$300 (Charities with two or more fundraisers or turnover of more than $500k).
$800 (Commercial organisation)
