Presented by Social Ventures Australia and Matrix on Board the upcoming ‘Taking Care of Business seminars will contain key presentations and workshop sessions covering a range of financial and funding related topics.

The sessions have been specifically designed for Chief Financial Officers, Finance Managers, Chief Executives, Fundraising Managers, Program Managers, Board Members, and Administrators.

Master the essentials of achieving growth in a resource constrained sector.

DAY 2
Fiscal fitness training – a workshop in financial literacy . Topics covered:

– Understanding financial statements
– Cash and accrual accounting
– Budgets
– cashflow
