An invitation to attend the 2006 Corporate Social Responsibility Summit

Pro Bono Australia are once again delighted to support Australia’s CSR Summit. Last year some 380 delegates attended to hear case studies and best practice from leading US and UK specialists. This year the focus is 100% Australian. Over 30 of Australia’s leading thinkers, company directors, academics and practioners all sharing how CSR is delivering profits and competitive edge.

Highlights include:

– A day of workshops focusing on new models of community engagement, how to engage volunteers through volunteering and hot to build sustainable communities through community partnerships;
– The release of three separate international research studies on corporate reputation, what stakeholders expect from business and Corporate Stakeholder Responsibility from The Australian Centre for Corporate Public Affairs and Allen Consulting, TNS and Edelman International;
– a presentation and discussion on “The Future of Corporate Social Responsibility in Australia” with Senator Grant Chapman – Chairman of the Parliamentary Joint Committee on CSR and Andrew Peterson – Head of PricewaterhouseCoopers Environmental Practice and leading CSR authority (who in association with MOSS is hosting round table discussions in the lead up to the Summit to explore stakeholder views on the future for CSR in Australia);
– and a CEO only forum with Margot Cairnes, Founder and Chairman of Zaffyre International, leading international practioners of organizational transformation, international author, futurist and one of the greatest minds of the 21st century;

Thought leadership and networking in the area of CSR is so important for the NFP sector so we encourage your participation. NFP, small business rates and multiple registration discounts apply.
