The ‘Managing Change’ workshop will provide participants with the opportunity to examine the change required within their own organizations and time to apply tools and strategies that encourage creative, logical thinking around change.

Participants will investigate their own attitude to change and how that
influences the success of change. Useful tools to use when discussing
upcoming change with staff that help identify constraints and enablers of
change are explored.

Those responsible for managing change in their organisation will benefit
from the tools presented and discussed in this session. Participants gain
insight to clearly communicate on change management and understand the
impact on those around them may be experiencing.
