Infoxchange 'Successful Grants & Proposals' Workshop - Advertorial

Infoxchange Australia will be holding a ‘Submissions & Tender writing’ workshop in Melbourne on Friday December 8th.
The workshop will be customised with the needs of the individuals in the group in mind, through taking grants and tender documents of real relevance to the participants and working on them together. The program will include some theory, case studies and hands on activities.
Who Should Attend
– Managers and decision makers
– Grant and submission writers within organisations who have not yet reached expert level
– Administrators who will work on submissions.
Workshop Outline
This workshop intensive has three main sections:
1. Grant basics, tender basics and cold proposals
2. Preparation, lodgement and following up a submission
3. Preparation for distinct types of bids
Workshop presenter Margaret Aspin has many years experience as a manager in education and training; in government as a senior project officer and as a consultant to government, education, industry and community organisations.
She has project managed ‘on time’ and ‘in budget’ over 40 projects, and contract managed many more projects conducted by consultants.
In recent years, Margaret has written over 30 successful grants and tenders for many organisations including health, community services, education and training providers, police, construction/rail/mining and flooring industry. She has written successful small to large grant submissions to federal and state governments, companies and trusts.
