Women Donors Online Project Showcase

The Australian Women Donors Network has developed a new online program to help promote the many organisations working to empower women and girls.

The Showcase has been designed to assist the Australian funding community (corporate and private) in finding organisations and projects to support. and organisations may register their project by completing a registration form.

Categories range from Maternal Health to Homelessness, Economic Security to Human Rights and it's open to domestic and international projects. There are currently five projects on the Showcase, and the Network expects there will be many more over the coming weeks and into the New Year.

The Women Donors Network is a community of women and men building a better world for all by promoting investment in women and girls.

Network Chairwoman, Eve Mahlab says the launch would not have been possible without the generous support of their Principal Partners ANZ Private, ANZ Trustees, Trawalla Foundation and the expert IT advice and program design provided by ANRIC and PreFlight.

The Network has also announced that the Governor-General, Quentin Bryce AC has formally accepted Vice Patronage of the Australian Women Donors Network. The Network says her extensive work in advancing human rights and equality, as well as the rights of women and girls, is widely recognised in Australia and they are delighted to receive her support.
