Legal Issues in the Not for Profit Sector

Legal issues in the Not for Profit (NFP) sector can be complicated and highly challenging – and a special series of seminars are set to help organisations understand the changing legal landscape.

Practitioners in this space need to have an understanding of the particular operating environment of these organisations, as well as a thorough understanding of the legal framework they must work within.

A series of Legalwise Seminars to be held around the country in March aim to enable people working in this area to understand the rapidly changing Not for Profit sector landscape and how organisations may be affected by these changes.

The seminars are a must for private practitioners, general managers, chief executive officers, directors, and in-house counsel working in the Not for Profit sector.

Click on the links below for the full program, registration form and speaker details.

Legalwise Seminars are offering a 10% discount on the Not for Profit sector seminars for Pro Bono Australia News readers.

To register for the seminars, return the registration form by fax to (02) 9387 8711, by mail to PO Box 971, Bondi Junction, NSW 1355 or call (02) 9387 8133. Include that you are a Pro Bono Australia News reader for a 10% discount.
