Legal Issues in the Not for Profit Sector

Legal issues in the Not for Profit (NFP) sector can be complicated and highly challenging – and a special series of seminars are set to help organisations understand the changing legal landscape.
Practitioners in this space need to have an understanding of the particular operating environment of these organisations, as well as a thorough understanding of the legal framework they must work within.
A series of Legalwise Seminars to be held around the country in March aim to enable people working in this area to understand the rapidly changing Not for Profit sector landscape and how organisations may be affected by these changes.
The seminars are a must for private practitioners, general managers, chief executive officers, directors, and in-house counsel working in the Not for Profit sector.
