3 December 2015 at 10:30 am

Not for Profit executives and managers are urged to take part in the sector’s largest salary survey being conducted by Pro Bono Australia for the fourth consecutive year.

Once again, in partnership with HLB Mann Judd, the Salary Survey will provide vital information around benchmarking data for key roles, salary levels for CEOs, executive and manager remuneration comparisons, professional development trends and remuneration policies used by organisations across the sector.

Armed with the previous three years' extensive results, this year’s Pro Bono Australia Salary Survey will allow for strong comparative analysis of the growth within the sector.

“Pro Bono Australia’s Salary Survey, now in its fourth year, is the largest and most comprehensive remuneration report providing both practical and in depth information on selecting appropriate benchmarks and building a remuneration framework for Australia’s Not for Profit sector,” Pro Bono Australia’s Head of Marketing, Chris Roberts, said.

“This vital resource ensures the sector can retain and attract the quality people it needs to drive the sector forward.

“We are calling on all Senior Managers and Executives working in the sector to complete this short survey and be a part of this vital initiative for the sector”.

HLB Mann Judd is proud to partner with Pro Bono Australia for the second year to deliver this insightful research.

An award-winning accounting and business advisory firm, HLB Mann Judd provides highly specialised, bespoke advice for the Not for Profit sector.

The Salary Survey results will be published in March 2016. All responses will be kept strictly confidential.
