About the author: Clare Desira is a 2018-2019 international coach of the year finalist. She is head mindset coach and founder of the Top Five Movement, a training organisation that supports leaders in generous and change-making careers to have a bigger impact through stronger leadership and mindset skills. She is a Centre for Sustainability Leaders Fellow, TEDx speaker and has co-directed a Rotary Youth Leadership program for over a decade. Before driving change through her own business, she worked on and led programs through NAB’s Corporate Social Responsibility team.
