Pro Bono Australia Celebrates Significant Growth in 2013
17 December 2013 at 11:27 am

Pro Bono Australia has experienced significant growth in the past twelve months ending the year with more than a million website visits and over 36,000 unique subscribers to our News Services.

“What is most gratifying is that we are achieving our original goal of fostering the emergence of a technology enabled eco-system for a connected, informed and resourced Not for Profit sector,” Pro Bono Australia founder Karen Mahlab said.

“Over time we have been at the leading edge of product development and service delivery through providing many 'first-to-market' services like our News Service, Corporate Community, Source, VolunteerMatch and the Guide to Giving.

“And in addition we've been delighted to contribute to many collaborative sector initiatives.

“In 2013 they included the Top 50 Australian Philanthropic Gifts of all time, the Impact Australia report into Impact Investing, the Pre-Election Sector Survey and CPA Australia’s Mentor the Treasurer program.

“It is part of our mandate to support robust initiatives that speak to the sector's future and gather evidence based information around what the sector wants,” Mahlab said.

“In the Australian context we are truly a unique Shared Value company.”

“2014 will be another big one for us. Already there are lots of plans in place which we’ll share early in the New Year.

“We look forward to having you all on-board with us once again and until then, the team at Pro Bono Australia, wishes you all the best for these coming festive season."
