Connecting Up ‘Evolve’ Conference 2020 to help more NFPs with tech than ever
3 December 2019 at 7:30 am

The Connecting Up Conference will return to Melbourne from 6 to 8 May, where it will help hundreds of Australian not for profits get the most out of technology.

Building on the record success of the 2019 conference, the annual three-day event will be themed “Evolve” and will feature masterclasses, panels, plenaries, the Australian Not-for-Profit Leadership Breakfast and the Australian Not-for-Profit Technology Awards.

The 2020 conference will also see a number of new activities, including a Wednesday evening social event, dedicated mentoring room, product demonstrations and a number of new streams.

Microsoft digital architect Melissa Kaplan, IBM chief marketing officer Jodie Sangster, social media strategist Alecia Hancock and fundraising expert Jo Garner are among the speakers already confirmed.

The Connecting Up Conference’s holistic, multi-level approach to helping not for profits solve problems and improve their performance through technology has earned it rave reviews in recent years from delegates, sponsors and exhibitors, with many returning year after year.

The 2020 conference is expected to attract delegates with a wide range of job titles and skill sets by offering not only a core focus on technology solutions via a 36-booth exhibition, but also world-class masterclasses and plenaries in marketing and fundraising.

This will be the second conference since Connecting Up joined forces with Infoxchange to create Australia’s leading not for profit dedicated to using technology to improve the lives of people experiencing disadvantage and the organisations that support them.

Demand for conference sponsorship has already been unprecedented, with almost a third of the sponsorship packages already taken.

Sponsors already signed up include CSG Limited (Platinum), Lumary (Gold), Digital Services Lab (Silver), Subscribe-HR (Silver), EzeScan (Silver), Blackbaud (Gold Scholarships and Lanyard) and CSnet (Awards Silver), while The Family Centre, Hopscotch Accounting, Calxa, PN Digital and Strategic Grants will be exhibiting at MCEC.

To register for a discounted early bird ticket, visit the conference website.
